Meet Katie Giordano!



Where did you grow up?

I grew up and still live in Billerica.

What do you do when you are not at the gym

Besides being a mom, which enjoyably takes most of my time, we spend a lot of time in Maine on the weekends or with family and friends.

What was your fitness regime before joining NDB Fitness?

I did barre before joining NDB Fitness back in 2018.

What about the gym keeps you coming?

The trainers, the variation of workouts, and most importantly the after-gym mental and physical feeling.

What is your favorite workout/movement?

Anything cardio related.

What is your least favorite workout/movement?


What is one thing you have done at the gym that you never thought you would/could?

Work out for the duration of both of my pregnancies!

What is your next fitness related goal?

Getting back in shape once I have this baby 🙂.

What motivates you during a workout?

The other members around me (thanks for suffering alongside me).

What is something about yourself that we might not know?

We purchased my childhood home, so I have lived in the same house my whole life!

What advice would you give to someone new to the gym?

Just keep showing up and before you know it you will be 5 years in!
