I joined NDB in April this year after some encouragement from my wife (who just recently joined) in hopes of coming out of a real funk. I was overweight, unmotivated and heading into a downward spiral. I must admit I have never been a "gym" person and still am not, however NDB is not that type of place and I was happy to find that out. The workouts are only 30 minutes and yet in that time; the workouts are intense and fulfilling. As long as I have been going, the classes are ALWAYS different and that is HUGE in making working out satisfying and interesting. I was very intimidated in even trying it as I didn't think it was for me and nothing was going to work anyways so why even try. I couldn't have been more wrong. Today I have lost over 30lbs, I am off my medications and my energy level and desire to work harder is so much better. I feel GREAT! Frank and his team are friendly, welcoming and so good at what they do. They are encouraging, resourceful and intensely supportive! I can't speak more highly about Frank and the staff as well as the other members who attend. Everyone is very friendly which makes going enjoyable!

After giving birth to daughter I was looking for a fitness program that would help me shed my baby weight I happened to stumble upon NDB fitness. I've been training with ndb fitness for 6 weeks now, and it is one of the most complete fitness programs, the meal plan was great I was never hungry even after Nursing my daughter Coach Frank was always their to help with any of the questions I had. The workouts where short and intense and I loved being part of a small group session and really enjoyed the variety & challenge put into the sessions.
The Coaches Focused on helping me achieve my goals and makes every session challenging (& somehow fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I've seen improvements in my ability to complete the workouts & generally push myself harder throughout each session.i went from a size 12 to a size 8 and I find I actually look forward to my workouts instead of dredging them. Thank you NDB fitness for helping me get my confidence back in just 6 weeks.
I joined NDB Fitness in May and was part of the 6 week challenge they held. It helped me so much with my weight loss and getting back in shape. The meal plan was great and the half hour boot camp is the best workout I have done. You really see results. Frank is a great trainer and really motivates You! I look forward to going to the classes.
If you're looking for a great 30 minute bootcamp style gym, this is the place. Great instructors that provide the motivation you need to reach your goals.
This has been a great place to get back into shape. I've worked out for years and never tried bootcamps before because I was afraid it would be too hard. The workouts are hard, but good hard, and it's only 30 minutes. You can do anything for 30 minutes. Frank is great about adapting a workout until you are used to working out, or working around an injury. I like how they are always different, and there is a mixture of cardio and strength training. Everyone is friendly which makes it even better. And Frank is very knowledgeable and fun too.
My Husband and I have been working out since the opening. I am so much stronger, my balance has improved, I have lost weight andmy BMI is lower. This is for all ages especially if your a little older. So important to maintain muscle and strength!

Love Coach Frank and his classes! I had a better workout in his 30 minute class than any workout at the gym. You will definitely see results. Highly recommend you give it a try.
