How Our Personal Training Service Works
Step 1: Complimentary Fitness Assessment
Meet with one of our personal trainers to talk about your current fitness levels and future goals. Then we map out a fitness strategy that meets your lifestyle while allowing you to reach your fitness goals.
Step 2: Get to Work
We use the strategy discussed in your initial meeting to guide you through your fitness journey. Our personal trainers design your workouts to target specific goals, including flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, core strength, overall muscular strength, balance, speed, and agility. Our trainers are here to motivate you every step of the way.
Step 3: Guidance In Between Personal Training Sessions
Our personal trainers will assign you “homework” after each session, so you have support and guidance when exercising without a personal trainer’s assistance. This allows you to stay on track in between sessions and reach your goals faster.
Step 4: Free Monthly Assessment
Each month we go over your progress and reassess your goals, so you always have a great plan customized to your needs and goals.

We will spend 30-45 minutes working together to assess your current fitness level, identify your short-term and long-term fitness goals, and map out a strategy to help you reach those goals.
If you decide to sign up for one or more personal training workout sessions, our trainers will use your assessment results and the information you provide about the types of workouts that excite and motivate you to design a fitness training program specifically for you, to help you reach your fitness goals.
Each session will include exercises chosen specifically for you to improve your fitness level in one or more of the following areas: Flexibility, Cardiovascular Fitness, Core Strength, Overall Muscular Strength, Balance, Speed/Agility/Quickness.
For the first few sessions, the areas that we focus on during each workout will depend on your initial fitness assessment results and the fitness goals you identified during your initial session. For example, if your main goal is to lose weight, your workouts will be designed to improve your cardio fitness level and to help you burn as many calories as possible while you work out.
After each workout session, our trainers will provide suggestions for 5-10 minute stretching, strengthening, and/or cardio fitness activities you can do any time at home or even during quiet times at work, so you can be working towards your fitness goals every day, not just when you're working out with your trainer or with a small group training class.
You should be able to use these re-assessments to see the improvements you've made in every aspect of your fitness training after each month of workouts. Your trainer will also use the monthly assessments to see how much stronger and more fit you've gotten, so she can make each month's workouts more challenging than the last!
