I’ve been doing the semi private training sessions with Frank for almost 2 months and I have never loved working out more than I do now! Frank is awesome. He knows exactly what he’s doing and is always so great at explaining and showing me what to do and how to improve my form. I used to hate going to the gym, but I always look forward to these sessions every time I go. Not only am I feeling better about myself and feeling stronger, but Frank always makes the sessions fun and with the group working out together, I feel like I’m part of a community. I cannot recommend NDB more!!

NDB has a very welcoming community and is a safe space to work on strength training. NDB class sizes are not too big so you can get the attention and alignment corrections to make your workout safe and effective.

Thank you to Frank and the NDB team for hosting the DEKA Mile today! Despite some last minute adjustments due to weather the NDB team pulled off a great event. The coaches were encouraging and welcoming to those of us from other gyms. I look forward to the next event- maybe see you at FENWAY in November!

My brother and I came here for a Spartan Deka event. It was very fun and well run, the staff were all amazing and the gym was excellent. It all had a very social and collaborative atmosphere.

5 star operation. Instructors are Very Professional. I love the bootcamp classes. ! Overall strengthening and conditioning to help me to achieve my highest level of strength and wellness.

I'm watching 2 of my closest friends suffer through a stroke and a heart attack, I decided I wanted to be heathier. I thought about joining a big box gym but I always fail with those, I found NDB online and made the call, Frank was not the overly enthusiastic sale person I expected, from our quick phone call I felt that NDB could help. My wife and I went down for the 10sec tour and discuss joining up for a 16 week program but when we walked in and saw all the ordinary people working for that healthy person that's in us all, we knew that this was the right place for us and ended up signing up for the 1 year membership. Our 1st workout was on Feb 7th I'm down 14 lbs. making muscle gains and have more energy then I've had in a long time; jogged outside yesterday first time in many many years. My wife didn't need to lose much weight if any (she wont agree) but she is making muscle gains and is doing more push ups then she ever has!! The trainers are awesome!! Super supportive, they are able to modify your workout on the fly to help you get the most of your time while there. Overall a great positive atmosphere for all ages and fitness levels!!

NDB without a Doubt is one of the best experiences I’ve had ever !! Bootcamp, kickboxing , stretching , Pilates and strength training . All staff is top notch I’ve been at NDB for 2 months and the results are crazy if your willing to work hard you’ll see the Result I would definitely recommend NDB . (NDB ROCKS 🏋️♂️💪)
